To promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing high-quality, affordable activities that improve health, social welfare and a more active, healthy, socially inclusive and cohesive community.

The club aims to stay at the heart of its community through sport, learning, partnerships and clear development pathways.

Maintain Sakibatiti Football Club at the heart of its community.
Build links between the club and all sections of the community.
Use innovative sports programmes to motivate better health and wellbeing.
Develop partnerships that improve academic achievement and employability.
Support player development pathways from grassroots football to academy level.
Promote social responsibility, tolerance and positive community contribution.
Develop projects that respond to community needs and maximise facilities.
Work with local authority, community and voluntary sectors.

OUR MAIN OBJECTIVES.

Sports Participation

Promote the physical, mental and social benefits of sport; improve access to local sporting activity; support youth football and inclusive community participation.

Education

Use football to motivate learning, literacy and numeracy while working with education providers to expand opportunities for young people.

Health

Deliver engaging activity programmes that encourage exercise, healthier diets and positive lifestyle choices for children and families.

Social Cohesion & Inclusion

Create projects for marginalised and disadvantaged groups, including teenagers and young men at risk, while promoting respect and integration.

Community Partnerships

Work with local authorities, community groups and voluntary organisations around shared values, communication and agreed community objectives.
